Any child 3 years of age and older is required to have a ticket to the game.

Each guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. Bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard sided coolers, thermoses and open containers may not be brought into the ballpark. Exceptions: baby bottles and single-serve, soft-sided juice containers and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" size requirement. Umbrellas are permitted inside Citizens Bank Park. Please be considerate of guests around you when using an umbrella.

All groups are welcomed on the side message boards during the 5th inning of the game. For Suites/Decks/Pre-game events, your group will receive two additional special welcomes in the top of the 2nd and 6th innings.

Monday through Friday: 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. Saturday/Sunday: 2 hours prior to game time. Ashburn Alley (Left Field Gate) opens every day 2 1/2 hours prior to game time to give fans access to watch batting practice.

Car parking is available around the sports complex area in Lots A-N and T-X at $16. Bus/large vehicle parking is designated in Lots M and N and the cost is $32 per vehicle. Preferred parking passes are included in Giles Suite and MVP/All-Star Suite packages and parking is located in Lots P, Q, R, S, V, & W on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-paid bus parking is available in advance for the Phillies Sales Office.

Tailgating is permitted only in parking Lots A-N, located south of Pattison Avenue. If you are traveling by bus or RV and wish to tailgate, please park in Lot N as tailgating is not permitted in lot Q.
